• Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed and you have approved the label design, you should receive your custom-branded products at your door generally within 14 business days (this time frame could vary by any unforeseen complexities as well as the size of the order).

2. Shipping Rates

• Domestic Shipping (United States): Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. Rates will be provided at checkout.
• International Shipping: Currently, we are not shipping out internationally but for those headquartered outside of the USA we have inhouse fulfillment (where we can ship your branded product to your clients in the USA marketplace).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
